Refund Policy

At Fairways & Greens, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
 

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale or custom items.


Return Process

  1. Email us at info@shopfairwaysandgreens.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@shopfairwaysandgreens.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
